  Don't know if we arrived on a bad day but there was very little in the way of staff. The only person around was a lady who didn't seem well informed and lacked interest in our genuine request for a specific plant. We had travelled 20 miles to come to this nursery as we were looking for a specific type of fig tree. This was advertised as being in stock on their website. We left promptly after being vaguely directed where there may or may not been some. We instead went to urban jungle near Norwich and the experience couldn't have been more different.. pleasant and well informed staff.. oh and we got our fig tree....
